Red Clover Flowering Head (Standardized extract to 18.9mg of total isoflavones) 225 mg/day	Contributes to control the oestrogenic activity during menopausal period (before the complete ceasing of menstruation and post-menopausal period (after the complete ceasing of menstruation). Because of the similarity of their chemical structure, red clover isoflavones mime oestrogens effects. This plant has also a protective effect against osteoporosis and its antioxidant properties will contribute slowing down the ageing process.
DL-Alpha Lipoic Acid 450 mg/day	It is an important antioxidant. Its molecular structure enables to neutralize several types of free radicals. It also has the capacity to recycle other antioxidants, including vitamin E, vitamin C and the antioxidant enzyme glutathione, mainly synthesized by the liver. It contributes to reduce oxidative stress (free radicals > antioxidants) damages, which are increased during menopause. Oxidative stress accelerates the ageing process. Moreover, alpha lipoic acid improves hepatic function which ensures a better effectiveness of oestrogens transformation. Lastly, it improves energy production (ATP) and so contributes to reduce general tiredness.
Elemental Magnesium (Provided from magnesium citrate) 72 mg/day	It generates a relaxing effect to muscles. Recommended use
